Lecture 9: the School of Educational Sciences held a lecture on "carrying forward the spirit of craftsmen, striving to be a good teacher with four virtues”

    In order to improve students' professional quality and broaden their academic horizons, on December 16, 2020, the School of educational Sciences invited Wang Ling, Xuzhou model worker, Xuzhou discipline leader and Xuzhou famous teacher, to give a professional lecture on  carrying forward the spirit of craftsmen, striving to be a good teacher with four virtues to preschool education students in C202 of the Jingben building.

    From the perspective of preschool teachers, Wang Ling first interprets the craftsman spirit put forward by General Secretary Xi in his important speech. From the perspective of a preschool educator, she makes a further analysis and explanation -- try her best, be perfect, keep improving, be self disciplined, enjoy pleasure, and call on students to practice the craftsman spirit. Secondly, Wang Ling interprets the standard of “a good teacher with four virtues , that is, to have the country and people in mind, and to make clear the national mission and social responsibility. Finally, Wang Ling ardently expressed her expectation for the students, and combined with her own teaching experience, she made the following suggestions to the students: to have a plan, to have goals, to grasp the initiative of professional development, and to grow into an excellent preschool teacher as soon as possible.

    Wang Ling is the leader of the first model worker Innovation Studio in Xuzhou, which is the second batch of model worker and craftsman talent innovation studios in Jiangsu Province. Under the personal demonstration of Mrs. Wang Ling, the students fully understand the connotation and significance of not forgetting the original intention of preschool education, keeping in mind the mission of teachers, being good teachers with Four virtues and carrying forward the spirit of craftsman. With the direction of being good teachers with Four virtues” with craftsman spirit, they should be down-to-earth, study hard, improve themselves and make contributions to the national education as soon as possible.

知行講堂第九講:教科院舉辦《弘揚工匠精神,争做“四有好教師”》講座

    為提升學生專業素養,開闊學術眼界,教科院于2020年12月16日邀請徐州市勞動模範、徐州市學科帶頭人、徐州市“名教師”王玲在敬本樓C202對學前教育專業學生開展《弘揚工匠精神,争做“四有好教師”》專業講座。

    王玲老師首先從學前教師的角度,對習總書記重要講話中提出的“工匠精神”進行解讀,從一名學前教育工作者的視角進行更深一步的分析和闡釋——竭盡全力,盡善盡美,精益求精,做到自律,享受愉悅,呼籲同學們努力踐行“工匠精神”。其次,王玲老師對“四有好教師”的标準進行闡釋解讀,心中要有國家和人民,明确所肩負的國家使命和社會責任。最後,王玲老師殷切表達了對同學們的期許,結合自身教學經曆給同學們做出如下建議:要有規劃,有目标,把握專業發展主動權,早日成長為一名優秀的學前教師。

    王玲老師是徐州市首家“勞模創新工作室”領銜人,該工作室是江蘇省第二批教科系統示範性勞模和工匠人才創新工作室。在王玲老師的親身示範下,學生們充分認識“不忘幼教初心、牢記師者使命,做四有好教師,弘揚工匠精神”的内涵和意義,以做有工匠精神的“四有”好老師為自己努力的方向,腳踏實地,努力學習,提升自我,早日為國家教育事業做出貢獻。
